She scheduled a walk thru at my house and gave me a quote that was fair and reasonable for my whole house. The first time cleaning was higher than the usual scheduled weekly cleaning. This was reasonable. My service request for cleaning pertained to whole house cleaning bi-weekly. This included 3 Bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, kitchen, family room, dining room, and mud room. I was much to my surprise how amazing the cleaning services were from Julia and her team. They take the time to make sure each room is thoroughly cleaned but also make sure items are placed back into original location after cleaning countertops etc. The bedroom cleaning was impressive based their bed making skills and carpet cleaning techniques. My ceiling fan has been consistently free of dust. Second impressive touch is The primary bathrooms are always sparkly clean. The magical touch is that if there trash is in bathroom or rooms it gets removed and taken care of during day of cleaning. They always do an excellent job of the kitchen including microwaves and exterior of the fridge. They are a well trusted team of professional cleaners. Their cleaning skills From bathrooms, bedroom, kitchen, and other living space cleaning exceeded my expectations. They do a thorough cleaning of the carpets and the bare floors. They make sure floors are dry before placing rugs or mats back. The team comes in at close to requested schedule timing sometime times may vary but close to expected cleaning time and focuses on cleaning with minimal cell phone usage. She left the 2 girls there to clean. I went about my day trying to stay out of their way. After a couple hours my husband said they were sitting in their car and they said they were done. They had not said anything to me before they left. I was surprised but I hadn't been watching what all they had cleaned so I wrote the check and he took it out to them. After checking around the house I found a few things not cleaned and what they did clean, they did not put back where they found it. Most things on my dressers and tables were not put back where they were....not even close. I didn't call her thinking she would be calling to see how it went since I had originally told her I would have them come back for recurring monthly cleanings. Not a word from her. I knew it would do no good to call her then since she evidently is not a good businessperson and wouldn't do anything about it since several people complained to her and she refused to make it right with them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. They are expensive and they don't do a good job. You definitely don't get what you paid for.
