Her knowledge of the area and realistic appraisal of what life was like in Boise appealed to me, so I traveled here to meet her. She helped me get acquainted with the various neighborhoods in Boise and showed me a few properties based on my specifications. Because I was retired and was waiting for my condo in Washington State to be renovated and sold, I was able to take my time finding the perfect home. While Lisa was happy to find potential homes for me, I sometimes preferred to go out searching on my own, visiting dozens of open houses and viewing countless houses from curbside. But whenever I wanted to view a house more closely, Lisa arranged a viewing by the next day and gave me her honest opinon of the place. There was never any hint of pressure or impatience as I continued my search thoughout the summer. When I found the perfect property, Lisa helped me secure it before anyone else knew what happened, which was important in this fast-moving market. The closing was handled quickly and professionally with zero drama, and I couldn't be happier with the way things turned out. Thanks, Lisa!

She is very knowledgeable of the market and what it is doing. One thing I remember her saying to us as we entered our current and first ever home was "there it is, the aha, we are home, moment." Meaning when she shows a home to her clients she isn't pushy at all and will not try to sell you a home just to sell you a home. She is patient and waits till she sees the aha, this is the one, look on her clients faces. We love the home she worked so very hard to help us find. He suggested ways to prepare our house to sell. At the same time, we discussed setting the parameters (cost, area and size) for the house we wanted to purchase. John is clearly an expert in the Treasure Valley housing market and recommended a realistic sell price for our house. The selling price exceeded our expectations. He promptly showed us houses we requested to see. He was more than willing to offer his opinion about the property, pointing out flaws as well as the cost of potential repairs (which we overlooked). John is very well organized and walked us through the very complex process with purchasing and selling a home at the same. He gave us weekly updates and reminders that kept us on track. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend John to family and friends.

John made the entire transaction and process so easy for me. I was worried about being so far away, and not having contacts for house cleaners, carpet cleaners, etc. John set everything up and made it easy for me to get things done quickly. He was prepared when we met, and was flexible knowing I was only in town for a short period of time. Being in probate, John contacted my probate attorney and got all the proper wording for the paperwork. John is great at communicating and the house had an offer within 24 hours of listing! Thank you John Boles for making this process go as smoothly as possible!
