I feel so strongly about Rikke's therapy that I have to share with others... My husband and I had been trying to conceive for 1 year and 3 months. Both my husband and I are 36 and he was diagnosed with low sperm count and motility. We had been worked up at an IVF clinic and had done two egg retrievals with no euploid embryos to show for it. We were at our lowest of lows, desperate and starting to feel pretty hopeless. Our fertility specialist was starting to talk about sperm donors, but we felt strongly about having children with our own genes. A friend told me about Rikke Blessing right around this time. She was also using her during IVF treatments and was raving about her. Boy was she right! Neither my husband nor myself had ever done acupuncture, but we both trusted Rikke immediately with her calming nature. We both left sessions relaxed and revived. In addition to the acupuncture, Rikke helped us with lifestyle changes, diet, supplements, etc to improve sperm and egg quality! Rikke is a very special human being who genuinely wants to help her patients. Anyone who has gone through IVF knows it is an emotional rollercoaster and I don't know if we could have gotten through this process without her. After taking a break from our first two IVF cycles, working with Rikke through acupuncture and lifestyle changes, we had success with euploid embryos during our third IVF round! We stayed and worked with Rikke for several rounds of IVF(all of which were successful) until we had enough embryos stashed. I'm now 27 weeks pregnant with a baby boy!! THANK YOU so much Rikke, you truly are a blessing!!!

I met Tiffany at one of the lowest points in my life. After being injured at work while caring for…read morea patient, I found myself lost in the workers' compensation system--living with extreme pain, limited range of motion, and no clear path forward. As a nurse, I was facing the very real possibility that I might never return to the career I love. What made this even harder was that, despite seeing multiple providers, no one truly seemed to be listening. No one had asked how this injury was affecting my life, what my concerns were, or even performed a thorough hands-on physical exam. Then I met Tiffany. I'll admit, after 11 years in modern medicine, I was skeptical about acupuncture. Tiffany knew that and never made me feel judged for it. She simply smiled and asked me to give her a chance. After my very first session, I realized how wrong I had been. Tiffany became the first provider I truly trusted. She was not only compassionate and attentive, but incredibly insightful. She actually helped identify the root cause of my pain--something completely different from what other providers had suspected. She repeatedly advocated for further imaging on my behalf, and she was right. What sets Tiffany apart is how deeply she cares and how individualized her approach is. She tailored every session to my specific needs, researched new techniques to better support my recovery, and treated me as a whole person--not just a diagnosis. Within just a few sessions, my pain decreased from an unbearable 8-9/10 to a much more manageable 4-5/10. Nothing else had provided that kind of relief. Beyond acupuncture itself, Tiffany taught me breathing techniques, meditation, and alternative pain management strategies that have made a meaningful difference in my healing journey. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine compassion created a space where I always felt heard, supported, and never judged. I now look forward to every session, and even with surgery ahead, I see how valuable acupuncture can be throughout every stage of healing and life's challenges. I'm now a true believer in acupuncture--but even more than that, I'm a believer in Tiffany. As a nurse, this experience has inspired me to explore integrative and alternative approaches so I can better support my own patients in the future. If you're hesitant about acupuncture or unsure where to start, I cannot recommend Tiffany highly enough. She is exceptional at what she does and an incredible partner in the healing process. Amber R. For the past 8 months, I struggled to heal from lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow) and a neck joint that was out of place creating immense neck and upper back pain. Prior to being treated by Melanie, I was beginning to fear that I may never return to my prior level of functioning. I couldn't remember what it was like to turn my head without severe pain. I had resigned to the fact that simple tasks like running the vacuum or preparing a meal would always equate to pain. I had sought relief through physical therapy, massage therapy and chiropractic care- trying each healing modality independently and consistently, allowing time for my body to respond to the intended care plans. My pain level would decrease for a few days, but never for more than a week at a time which was so frustrating. My massage therapist recommended acupuncture to identify and address the root causes. Within the first 2-3 treatments, I had significant improvement: Pain had decreased and range of motion increased! Melanie utilized a variety of techniques that allowed for consistent and lasting relief, week after week. I completed a total of 6 sessions and never regressed during or after the treatment plan (this review comes two weeks after completing the care plan and am still feeling great!). I am once again able to workout and enjoy activities I had been avoiding for months because of pain. I am so grateful for the gift of Melanie's expertise and compassionate care! I loved that she has the dual experience as a specialized nurse and acupuncturist; I feel it lended to a comprehensive approach to treatment and a deep understanding of the human body.

I was in pain, had terrible headaches, and one of my ribs that have been fractured from coughing so badly was completely out of alignment. Dr. Kimberly is incredibly knowledgeable about the body and all of its systems (be sure to ask her about her work in functional medicine, if you are having any kind of health issue!). As I was unfamiliar with the ABC chiropractic technique she works with, she addressed any and all of my questions and concerns with respect, honor, and care, and provided excellent education and videos. I am continually amazed by this approach to health. After just a few sessions, I have much greater freedom of movement, no longer get headaches, and, because my spine has been able to align itself, my organs seem to be functioning better and my overall health--including my sleep--has improved.
