I was feeling energetically constipated and needed to talk to someone. Judy saw low energy blobs around me (over the phone 30 minute session) and gave me tips on grounding my energy. She checked in with my spirit guides, chakras, past life karmic debts, colors (mine were yellow, orange and black) and each color had a specific meaning. Judy spoke in an affirming way, just passing along the info as it was coming to her. We covered a lot in 30 minutes and I didn't really have to do anything. I took notes throughout.
