It's fancy... and the service level matches that. I've had nothing but positive experiences here. I first visited for an oral surgery consultation with Dr. Luke Cascarini. A bit of banter, a look at my wisdom teeth and x-rays, and discussion about the pros and cons of surgery and off I went. I actually had my wisdom teeth out at another clinic, but I came back for 2 post-op consultations. Dr. Cascarini made me feel at ease and helped me weigh my options. I was an anxious little bunny about going under general anesthesia and getting my teeth ripped out... But he is an absolute gem. If you absolutely have to be sick, this place is a good place to be.

Ok, it cost 65 quid for jab - the consultation was free - but the medical centre, which also does private GPs and Dental services (which I have not yet tried) was spotless, the staff friendly and the appointment on time. This is in STARK CONTRAST to the Masta Travel Clinic I used in 2008 in Canary Wharf. This is in a dark, slightly grubby looking building, with staff I didn't trust and a nurse who could hardly speak English and didn't appear to know, or indeed care, what she was doing. Head for EC3 - these MASTA clinics are not all the same, it would appear.

Good, professional, and friendly service…read more Chipped a tooth for the first time in my life last night. After a few minutes of panic, and convincing myself I was not in a crumbling tooth dream, I started doing Google searches to figure out what to do. In the midst of this I ended up clicking on a Google Ad and being directed to a "24 hour" dental place. Turns office in my area is not 24 hours, so made an appointment for the morning. After I finally found the hidden location, I walked into the dingy office and the receptionist curtly told me they did not show customers the price list, and would charge £25 just to tell me how much they would charge. Luckily I happened to pass by Malmin on the way. The office itself was clean and professionally maintained. I popped in and the friendly receptionist patiently answered my many questions, let me take the price list, and could quote me a price, and agreed to waive the new patient fee since I this was going to be a one off procedure. The prices were better than the dingy hole-in-the-wall, and she could offer me an appointment the same day! The dentist and his assistant were equality friendly, and showed concern for my comfort throughout the procedure. Dentist seemed quite skilled. He explained that he intentionally under-filled the chip since it was was in the front that that would protect it a bit. Also said that if came out he would replace it (once) free of charge. At the end of the procedure he showed care filling down the filling and making sure it felt good to my tongue. I was in and out in 30 minutes, with my tooth restored. Although I will miss that little chip. RIP little tooth piece.

The British School of Osteopathy can never get to the bottom of my compaint so i was told about Matthew. To be honest i give up and couldnt be bothered going to yet another osteopath to be massaged, stretched etc. So i give Matthew a try and he told me i have a pelvic problem and within my first visit he has cured my years of back pain and spasms and i don't get sciatica no more. After my 3rd visit today im a new man now and i can get on with my life and most importantly i can go to the gym again. So if you have a back problem that won't go away this is your man, i can't speak highly enough of him. Thanks Matthew.
