I went to Heather 3 years ago when my husband of 30 years left me for someone I thought of a friend. I was an emotional wreck and felt suicidal. I had hypnotherapy for low self esteem and counseling. Heather was amazing, I could tell her anything. She helped me every step of the way. She even made herself available to talk to me on the phone when I was having a bad moment. Now my life has moved on and I am having hypnotherapy for weight loss so I look good for my wedding in September. This of course is with Heather. I would have no one else read more

i would recommed hypnotherapy with heather to everyone,i have had brilliant results with hypnotherapy for weight loss,i first went to heather 2years ago i lost almost 3stone in 5months,i have recently had my first baby and am revisiting heather again to shift my baby weight.hypnotherapy for weight loss is fantastic it changes the way you think about food,its not like being on some boring diet you actually want to eat healthy low fat food and enjoy doing so! read more
