She assumes before you even enter the exam room what the problem is. She will PUSH the Axonics procedure on every patient even if you don't have a bladder problem. This procedure must be a (more patients you sign up, the more you make regardless if they need it or not) Dr Biggs has absolutely NO Compassion, NO Empathy, NO Respect NO Bed Side Manner No Heart. I'm sorry, but you're a Dr. where the heck are your ethical standards ? It's a shame that your profession staff has to put up with your rude and Nasty attitude day after day. I've literally seen you treat your staff like trash when they were working hard to please you. Truly, your whole demeanor radiates ugliness. Which really is so sad, because you're a beautiful woman on the outside. Now I understand what my parents taught me; "Don't judge a book by its cover" Take some time and think about: What is the Meaning of a GOOD Doctor? Hint - it's everything your not. Start tomorrow, maybe Start by a simple Smile. Look in the mirror. When you smile and what do you see ? Don't try to die the richest woman in the cemetery; nobody wins. Start with the people who work hard to please you everyday, while you've been treated them like crap for years. Like I said before, I've been in your offices, and I've seen it. You're so lucky you still have an amazing care team. Change your demeanor. Wake up smell the coffee and turn that dam frown upside down. Good luck in your journey.

Unprofessional all around. My Personal opinion. Also, the one female doctor urologist burst into a room that I was being treated in several months ago by a nurse. Was rushing the nurse because the doctor was running late and only concerned for herself. No concern for me being treated. ( A real low life to do this My personal opinion.)

If I were to rate this place I would rate 0 stars. I do not recommend seeing Dr. Glassman. My…read moregrandfather went for a biopsy in December with this doctor. According to "Health Matters" a magazine, he is a "Top Doctor" and is specialized in that procedure, when in reality, he is the complete opposite. While doing this procedure, he most definitely was not careful and did not pay attention to the medical issues that my grandfather had. He never informed them that there was a risk of contracting a bad infection. They would have never done the procedure if he told said there was a risk of a bad infection, because my grandfather's medical issues would not allow him to fight the infection, which is what ended up happening. He ended up in the hospital with sepsis. After staying in the hospital for three weeks, he passed away because he could not fight the infection that THIS doctor gave him. Such negligence.

About three years ago I had a shooting pain in my groin, and was shuffled around WMG to several…read moredocs. While none of them correctly diagnosed my problem (a pinched nerve near my L3), urologist Boczko was the complete opposite of anything a good doctor should be. His clients' appointments were scheduled in 5 minute intervals (if I had the 10:15, someone else had a 10:10 and someone else had a 10:20) - so it's no surprise his appointments were rushed and inattentive. After implying that my girlfriend was probably cheating on me and had given me an STD (!), he ran a urine sample, found it clean - offered no apology, and still prescribed an antibiotic, "just to be safe," and advised bed rest on my back with minimal movements for two weeks (which included no ejaculation - whether solo or with a partner!). He put me on Ultram, an incredibly strong painkiller which gave me nightmares (when I was even able to sleep). Two weeks of hell later, at the follow-up he prescribes antibiotics again (though I hadn't ever needed them), writes me up for a 6-month supply of the painkiller (which was only masking my problem), explains "sometimes these things take time to heal" (though having never told me what this "thing" was) and then prescribed further bed rest. A regular genius, this guy. (Seriously, this guy's a loser.) After a volley of a few choice expletives in the waiting room, I am proud to say I never went back - instead going to a real doctor for actual medical help. Avoid this man at all costs.
