The deluxe bouquet is what was suppose to be delivered. Not only was it not deluxe it was barely equivalent to a grocery store arrangement. I was so disappointed and sad when I saw what had been delivered. I live across the country now so when sending flowers to someone back home I will know who to not use after this disaster. The value was nonexistent. The 3rd party site did refund me but knowing this is the quality of work is beyond disappointing.
