He leveled the frets, adjusted the custom nut, saddle, pins and worked on the back of the neck. It's the best it's ever sounded with a deep residence for a Martin! It never sounded like that before. Ted at TC Guitars made it playable and a joy to pick up! Next, I got my 1978 Ovation 1618 for a tuneup. This amazing 48 year old guitar sounds great and easier to play after Ted's skilled hands made it right. This guitar is a stunner for almost 50 years old and now I really enjoy it! Any guitar I get, even a new one, I will have him tune it up for me! Thank you, Ted!

The fact that I didn't feel pressured to buy it was extremely satisfying. I may be back to get my son started in lessons. I trusted them to make them look good but I never got offered a physical proof of it, only a digital one. When I got the cards, you can't even read a single word on any of them. The foil was thick on those areas and so you can't read any of the lettering. I wasn't given any options to get a physical proof before making a decision, I didn't even know you can request that. This little mistake cost me nearly $200 that I won't get back. I was offered a 50% discount to purchase more but I don't have that money right now. I was counting on these cards to get me in the door to customers to begin business and I spent what I had to do so. I am sure their work is excellent but for my first time, I did not get the best service and just wasted money which is delaying the start of my business. I already had issues with another business making my cards and wasted money on them so I searched for a more professional, local business thinking that there shouldn't be any fail with this one. I can't really use these cards because they don't look professional at all, they looks like a sloppy mess that makes it look like I made these myself and settled with the mess I made. Can't say I recommend this business, you just might waste a good chunk of your savings to get your foot in the door in a new business, saldy. I really hate leaving these sort of reviews, it doesn't feel good on my soul but I expected better and got very disappointed. Wish they had a refund or reprint policy

Dan did an amazing job in a short time assessing needs and adjusting the necks/action, fixing cracked headstock, replacing broken tuning keys, restringing, and replacing a broken pick-up jack with a new part. I was looking for a shop to restore a "1948 OLDS Super" B flat Trumpet that I found at an estate…read moresale. To say the least, this horn needed some love after sitting in someone's garage for decades. As luck would have it, this horn was identical to my very first Trumpet that my Aunt in Chicago sent to me in 1964. With that horn, I played a solo at my High School Graduation. Eight years later, the horn was mysteriously stolen. I google searched for a musical instrument repair shop. The second call I made was to The Horn Shop in Fresno, CA. Harry Siverly, the man that answered the phone is also the owner. He shared his years in the business, both as a musician as well as his experience restoring (over hauling) basically all instruments. I had a good feeling about Harry and arranged an appointment. On meeting Harry, I shared how I met my high school Band Director Gene Sherry, who literally taught me how to hold the horn, and privately tutored me. It turns out that Harry knew Gene Sherry and his daughter Elaine, who was also in Band at the time. In that first interaction I told Harry how the estate sale horn was identical to my first trumpet. Harry did the research and authenticated 1948 as year of manufacture. Harry asked for my input, and regularly updated me on progress throughout the restoration. Harry's excellent understanding of the horn, great communication skills, focus and passion exceeded expectation. The pictures below speak volumes. If you are looking for an unprecedented expert in all aspects of your musical instrument whether you are looking for an instrument, service and maintenance, Harry and his team should be your first stop. Harry, like the great Tom Brady, is "the one to get it done". Choose Harry, and like me, you'll be glad you did. Barry Bagus

I was very glad I did. I wanted to try out the Pearl River brands. I discussed what I was looking for with the manager (Nick), and he led me right to the piano I eventually purchased. It was a great recommendation. I was able to play a variety of different brands and models to compare. They were very accommodating. After thinking about it overnight, I went back and purchased my piano. They worked with me to arrange great financing, and worked with me to come up with a fair delivery charge since I don't live in Fresno. They texted me regularly with updates on the piano delivery, and their delivery staff was top notch. An all around great experience.
