Instead of covering the whole video with generic acoustic background music except a few tidbits of ceremony vows, their videos included a lot of high quality recording of friend/family toasts, ceremony vows, and just background sounds that made their videos feel much more personal. When the DJ initially set up toasts in a dimly lit and awkward space, Rachelle and Shaun took the initiative to move our toasts to a much better location and set up their own lighting to make the toasts much better. They were also very accommodating with all my requests, such as sending over raw footage from the wedding within a few weeks of the wedding. We haven't gotten the full video back yet, but the raw footage already look amazing! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for DJ or videographer services!

We waited, then received a text message at 7:47 PM saying they were sorry, but would not be arriving! This is the most unprofessional group I have ever worked with, DON'T EVER HIRE THEM!!!

I stopped in on Monday and they let me know that they didn't have the part I needed in stock but that their Madera store did. The worker called the Madera store while I was there and assured me it would be included in their delivery the next day at 2pm and that they would call me to let me know when it arrived. I never got a call. I called around 4pm to check and see if it had arrived. The worker let me know that the truck hadn't arrived yet but that he would call me when it did. I never got that call either. I called them again around 5pm and he let me know that the part hadn't been included in their delivery but that he would follow up and make sure it arrived with the next day's delivery around 4pm. He also said he would give me a call. You guessed it, that call never came. I followed up again and it was the same issue. Fast forward to today and I received a call around 10am that my tremolo plate was at the store and ready for pickup. I got there around 1pm only to discover that the tremolo plate was there however, there weren't any screws included for installation. Something I had specifically asked about when ordering the part. I figured, it's fine, I'll just head over to Ace Hardware and get what I need. I got the screws I needed and headed back to install it. Upon installation I discovered that the plate was warped beyond correction. As far as improvements you can make: transparency, communication and quality checking your products. I don't have time to go back to their store today and while I was there the worker let me know that I'd have to return it today or else they would have issue a check if I returned it afterwards. A check for $9... Like I said, I visit Clovis frequently and always travel with my instruments. I will no longer be frequenting Gottschalk. I'll make the drive to Blackstone for all of my equipment needs.

I have weekly classes at a very reasonable cost.The sign-up is simple, the environment is inviting and positive. The staff is helpful and friendly. The teachers are great! I'm making great progress (ha!) but I am familiar with music theory. There are always a few parents waiting in the reception area for their kids to finish their lessons. My own instructor, Juliette, is bright, patient and such a great resource. I'm 75, and a retired RN. I wish I had started sooner!
