And the powerwashing was done effectively; however, several issues arose: 1) the high water pressure forced water under several doorways to saturate the interior door mat with dirty water leaving stains; 2) at several points along our eaves were not thoroughly cleaned, 3) the chemical used to powerwash our seawall killed the grass, and 4) the extra powerwashing added after the original quote was 2x the original estimate, so it was clear they low-balled the initial quote to get me to hire them, then suggested other powerwashing to raise the price substantially. Bottom line, get them to quote the jobs you need and don't let them talk you into extras.

I paid $250.00/cash for about 1-hour and 15-minutes for two men to walk around the exterior of my home, power washing from the roof line and/or gutter line down. I am very disappointed. Now, I need to hand scrub the cement spills on my home and clean the windows because now there is water marks on all of them.

Dan examined the water damage in the bathroom floor around the fixtures and checked the subfloor underneath. He decided what needed to be done. He wrote up a proposal and contract, and made the cost very fair and affordable. Norm and Zach worked so hard in taking off the damaged flooring layer by layer - down to the joists! They then professionally installed layers of new flooring, laid the interlocking tiles that we had picked out, and finished it perfectly with new baseboard. My family and I think it's beautiful! David and Josh came to install a new toilet and fix plumbing. They did a great job by repositioning the toilet and making sure there were no leaks. We lived with a bad floor for over a decade, not knowing the full damage that had taken place. So we are thrilled with the new quality construction of our bathroom. I recommend J & L Restoration to everyone for their professionalism, knowledge, honesty, consideration, and friendliness.
