The company is responsive and has an excellent system for efficiently quoting jobs. Their timeliness was also excellent. And the powerwashing was done effectively; however, several issues arose: 1) the high water pressure forced water under several doorways to saturate the interior door mat with dirty water leaving stains; 2) at several points along our eaves were not thoroughly cleaned, 3) the chemical used to powerwash our seawall killed the grass, and 4) the extra powerwashing added after the original quote was 2x the original estimate, so it was clear they low-balled the initial quote to get me to hire them, then suggested other powerwashing to raise the price substantially.
