I don't know where to start and have read the reviews if others, but they must be friends or fake…read morereviews because these guys are horrible and could have cared less about what they were doing or my property. 1st issue. They were hours late and I had to leave so I wasn't able to supervise their job. 2nd issue They only filled the post hole 3/4 with cement which will just cause water to sit in the soil on top and rot the post premature. Why they couldn't fill the concrete up to the top...... clearly cost cutting. My neighbour has also held back money from me as the job was such a disaster. 3rd issue, they rolled the dingo over my patio stone and cracked a large one then just picked up the rest and toss them to the side. I spent 4 hours trying to clean up after they were done. 4th issue, I pulled out a previous fence post including the concrete and re dug the hole. Full price on that post install even though they didn't need to big, just put the post in and set it. 5th issue and most concerning I have sent Filip 5 emails over the past few weeks to try to remediate this and he refuses to respond, just completely stonewalling. I asked for a return of $135 which is far less than what I paid after and time to fix the mess. Any professional company would just all over this to rectify and attempt to salvage their reputation so they can still get referrals.... Not him for whatever reason. Listen, they are one of the cheaper post hole companies although they have a minimum 10 post install, so if you only need a few it's not worth them, but you get what you pay for that's for sure, and it's cost me more in the end rather than paying for a reputable company. I had to go out and buy a bag of concrete per post to top up and purchase a new patio stone plus relay and level everything. This is not my idea of professional services. I would have dug my own holes but Burlington is per clay so without a machine it's very difficult. Good luck if you choose to use them but I would go elsewhere. I am sure Filip will give a false narrative in his response although it will be comical as he refuses to respond to any emails of mine.

He gave me a quote, and while I was waiting for my neighbour to let me know what he wanted to do, I decided to get Good Neighbor Fences to replace the rotted posts on the other side of my yard, as well as replace the old gate. Despite it still being winter (a warm February with snow on the ground), Paul and Brent were able to help me. Brent and his crew showed up on a Friday morning, and by mid-afternoon, I had new fence-posts, repaired lattice-work, and a new gate. I wasn't sure what I wanted for a gate, so I left the design up to Paul and Brent -- and I'm so glad I did. I love my new gate! It looks amazing.
