I brought it in telling them the previous owner said I would need ball joints but could they look it over to tell me what else it needs. After waiting a week for them to |squeeze me in| I dropped 450 bucks getting 2 ball joints just to get the car back without any diagnosis for why my check engine lite was on. It also was making the exact same sound from the front end that it made before I came there. 1 week after I had it in the brakes started squealing (thanx for finding that for me....) and all the noise in the front end is most likely bad struts says my neighbor. (front end specialists, eh?) I called them as soon as I got home the day they had it and they said bring it back. I already had it there twice for them to find something other than what they charged me for. I will not be returning. I am a senior citizen and I at this point I don't trust they did anything to the car. They did not communicate or give me good service. Then tried to block him in the parking lot after he picked up his vehicle because he was upset that the driver claimed he broke the ABS sensor on his car. He does not recommend this business at all whatsoever unless you're trying to get gypped or jumped!!!! Let's just say his fiancé called the police because he was scared. Do better as a business. Extorting people for a quick buck to buy a pack of cigarettes and a case of $12 beer is pathetic. Also on the car ride to the shop, he was told the car was towed due to a mother and her child being local and needing to get home. That they supported the Streator fair. He's sorry, but he spent money there as well. He TOO is a supporter. Sad thing is--he's an hour and a half away. He doesn't know what kid was driving tonight, but that kid needs some training on not making people feel like shit when stuff like this happens. And an attitude check.
