I left it on the beach and went out to a concert, forgetting to bring it up to the camp for pick up. When I called them to explain and apologize, they were like, "OK!" Very cheerful and chill. Just super nice people, really nice equipment too. We had a fabulous day paddling the beautiful shores of Lake Michigan! All my cousins tried paddling, and I made a little cairn for everyone who gave it a go. #balance
