Shady work environment. Lower management needs improvement on communication, and security. The behavior of certain A manager needs to be improved towards other staff members. They are humans not monkeys. Treat staff like humans. General manager at the iron mountain store is amazing, he listens, understands, and he is easy to talk to about anything. Zero stars! The return policy is ridiculous. Manager is rude. Bought my son soccer cleats, they didn't fit. Tried bringing them back the next day and he said NOPE they've been worn. My son walked around the yard in them. Ended up driving to Green Bay for cleats. I wouldn't buy a stick of gum from this store. read more

The very worst experience!!!! I didn't want to give it any stars at all but to write this I had to. Yesterday around 11am I went to Dunham's to buy running shoes. I went to that department and a sales lady asked if she could help me or nice at all and I said "do you have these in a size 7.5" rudely she says "whatever is out here is all we have" so unclear why she asked if she could help me when she had no intention to do so. So I look for a different pair which is a half size bigger since my size was sold. I find a pair try them on and they feel ok. I tried them both on and took a few steps in the store. Not great but Dunham's is now the only store we have to buy running shoes so I take them Today I go for a walk outside to try them out. Within 20 minutes or so they are rubbing on my heel and the side of my toes on both feet. I have to turn around walk back home and trust me it hurts lot. I couldn't wait to get them off. I take them back to Dunham'sand the lady at the counter doesn't smile doesn't say hello she seems very put off. I give her another item I was returning and she seemed upset next I gave her the shoes and told her they were too small she asked if I wanted to exchange them so I looked at a bigger size but they hurt just putting them on She wLks over to me and says she can't take back the shoes cause they have been worn outside How else do you break new shoes in? Her attitude sucked. I just am livid that store policy is ridiculous!! I went down my road and back I didn't run a marathon in them. Poor poor customer service. Poor policies! I left the shoes the box and receipt and walked out I guess it's why amazon is beating stores out. Goodness knows I will NEVER shop there again. Ever! read more

We just bought a canoe from this location. Multiple store associates, as well as the assistant manager, helped in getting the canoe down from the display rack, then worked with us to determine if a stadium seat could be used, showed us where to find their selection of flotation cushions, waited very patiently while we put the bed extender on the truck, and THEN they loaded it onto our truck. Excellent customer service on top of a surprise sale which dropped the price $80 on a canoe that was already priced much lower than any other retailer. Add in a 20% off coupon on one item and we left the store completely outfitted with a canoe, two paddles, two flotation cushions, an anchor and rope for well under $500! This is a great business, in a nice location, with super customer service and great sales prices and coupon deals.
