He always says there's no cure for all health problems I tell him about! It makes me feel hopeless and lost! I've wasted so much time at this clinic that I had to use Google to see what's wrong with my health since my doctor is doing nothing about it. He ignores filling out my papers for specialist which makes me lose lots of time and suffer with pain! I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and didn't know about that until after about two years because as the doctor said (( he forgot to tell me )) ! Last time I had a phone appointment with Dr. Pereira and during the phone call he talked to me rudely and then hung up on me! So disrespectful! I was so devastated and depressed because I just had miscarriage and I was bleeding and I have depression and anxiety I was shaking while talking to him! As a doctor he's supposed to respect people's situations! So disappointing Dr. Pereira ALWAYS forgets things like giving me my prescription paper it happened a lot, also calling me back when the specialist tells Dr.pereira that I have a health problem that needs immediate attention! And he always forgets to tell me about my diagnosis because usually the specialist contact the family doctor and the family doctor is supposed to call the patient to tell the results. I had to call so many times to ask about my results with x-ray, MRI or blood test etc.. and discover there is a big problem! Then why he never calls me? And lastly I called and asked for medication refill and he refused to do that because he doesn't feel like he wants me to be his patient anymore! I'm lost can't find new doctor with covid it's very hard! He put me in a dead end! This is not a doctor's behavior he shouldn't be a doctor and doesn't deserve his license!

Nothing like the older…read moremale doctors at a walk-in clinic I used to see who asked all kinds of irrelevant questions and not only that(!), passed rude comments about responsible decisions for birth control. Thank God for Dr. Anand. I might have lost it and strangled them and their archaic, sexist and overbearing views with their stethoscope. Call ahead to make appointments and arrive a few minutes early. Walk ins are also welcome but if you're on a schedule, call to make an appointment.

If you're reading this, I'd encourage you to take a bus, cab or car ride to ANY other clinic, as the time you spend on travel will be quickly paid back once you receive timely, quality health care from ANYWHERE ELSE. I realize that the people in the medical world are very buys, and often swamped with an unforgiving workload. And hey, sometimes people just have a bad day. I cannot count the number of times I have been disrespected, treated poorly, spoken to with attitude and contempt and left feeling even worse then when I arrived because of the people who work here. I am not sure why I insisted on returning for so long, mainly due to convenience perhaps...but I can tell you right now I will NEVER go to this clinic again and I recommend that you save yourself the time and hassle of trying to deal with this place.

They do not pre book appointments nor do email or call reminders for appointments. My early exam was due in April (I knew this but did not have an appointment schedule) Life was busy and I was fine so I booked an appointment for June. The assistant that took my blood pressure lecture me about being due in April and not booking until July and stated that if someone waits 2 years before coming in they discharge them from the practice. Hey lady I was only due in April relax. I reminded her they do not pre book do call/text/email reminders. She said no we don't.
