TW and his crew worked hard all day to complete the job in one day. All of the guys were respectful and polite. They did a great job cleaning up when they were finished. I am very happy that I found them, I plan to call them in the future for other repair/remodeling jobs. I would strongly recommend calling them if you need some work done on your home!

Update: They've done a photo dump to hide my projects…read morephotos... Very poor workmanship and leadership. Their work was so bad they had to rip it all off and start over. We paid almost 15K for a project and had to take time off work to supervise the crew, point out errors, & demand corrections. 2 of the 3 days we had to loan them our equipment to get the job done. SO much wasted time, added stress, and unnecessary troubles. They still demanded payment in full before they'd leave our property. They block customers on Facebook so reviews can't be posted there! Luckily we were able to post photos and a review from my husbands page before they could find/block him. So look there for details.

The installer, Affordable Roofing Co. has refused any responsibility as warranty is no longer valid. We've had several issues where they've had to come back and fix a problem just few days after installing our new roof. I wasn't happy with the front of our roof at the time of installation he kept assuring me that my roof was good . Now we have all these issues upon inspection. I would not recommend this company. They will not stand behind there workship

I would like to highly recommend Affordable Roofing for your roofing needs…read more Mike Johnson did a superb job in presenting his proposal to re-roof our house. He included samples of possible GAF products along with warranty options. He also included a copy of the liability insurance certificate. The company he represents has their own in house installers and they did a excellent job installing and cleaning up around the house. The price Mike quoted was very competitive and reasonable. They used common sense when deciding when damaged sheathing had to be replaced--didn't leave rotton wood and didn't spend extra money replacing good wood. They staggered the asphalt shingles correctly instead of laying them in rows up the roof with only a 6 inch overlap. They were ready with drip edge when we asked for it on the job even though we hadn't planned on that beforehand. They brought in a good sized crew who all knew what they were doing, worked hard, and got the job done quickly. They cleaned up the site well too. I hope not to need another roof, but if I did I would call these guys back.

I originally hired Inside Out Home Services to put in a french drain in my side yard. However once…read morethey arrived they noticed other issues that were left behind from a previous contractor we hired a few years ago. Shaun Anderson and Gunnar Yates who own and operate Inside Out Home Services not only put in the French drain I requested but they went above and beyond to help fix the other issues our home and yard were having. They took extra time from their schedule to come back and pour a new patio, fix the water issues around our basement/garage area and put down a new walkway to match the new patio that they fixed and our yard has never looked more beautiful. We had a brand new drain put in, a patio and walkway dug out and redone and it still cost us less than the last two contractors we hired over the last 3yrs. Absolutely fantastic work from these guys.

Nick Bowman and Kelly came and I signed a contract with them, they sent their employee and the…read morequality was very poor. If you'd like the pictures you can message and ask for them. Nick and Kelly the owners of the company came back to "fix" it, however I had a lot of trouble getting them to come back after they were paid in full. They did NOT fix the issues. My walls beside the cabinets were painted, my hardwood floors had paint specs all in it as well as my kitchen counter tops. My outside porch was painted and my siding was painted at the bottom, with paint splashing on it. My white gutters was painted red on the back from being too lazy to take those off. No plastic, tape, cloth drops were used during the work that was done when they finally came. Very very very disappointing. At first when I saw the porch I thought it might look good, but after it dried,I was able to go onto it and omg... the damage. It would not come off with the stuff he told us would bring it off. My door they painted had brush strokes in it, and was chipping off the same day. They used water based paint and vitamins over top of oil paint and polyurethane. The lack of knowledge on polyurethane and paints was enough to say a lot about professionalism. The work looked as if a person had never painted before. I checked for licensing and insurance as they do advertise. In fact they do not have either. I now have thousands of dollars worth of damage. I ask for my money back because I was not satisfied, and they refused, and tried to argue with the customer. It was like adolescents dealing with their business. If you do still choose to use them, you'd better get proof of business license in their names, and insurance. It's been a nightmare for me and my Husband. They do not have license and insurance, when I checked like they advertised. Then they tried to right fake contacts that I didn't sign. Good thing I have the original that I did. They posted pictures of my home with an AI app, they clearly didn't do that good looking job.
