Dropped my Toyota off in the morning for a full interior detail and exterior wash. When making the…read moreappointment, I verified the carpets would be shampooed AND dried before the vehicle was picked up. When I picked up the vehicle, there were several areas that hadn't been cleaned on the interior, the carpets were soaking wet and the trunk was untouched so it was full of dirt and SOAKED from the water. They were prompt in fixing the issues I pointed out and the work that was done with care looked phenomenal. I wanted to love this place but after paying the price for a detail, there should have been more care in the details. There's blotches all over the inside of the vehicle from their spray and dirty spots where the work was careless and rushed. Overall, I wasn't impressed.
