Being a walk-in (I travel full time), I know I go to the least senior person in most cases at most barber shops. However, I wouldn't expect to pay full price, the same as would an experienced barber would charge. I'm sure he'll do good work in the future, I just didn't get the cut expected. When I left, it looked "good enough", but after washing and seeing how uneven...it almost seemed like only half of my hair was cut, the rest just laid over it.
