I started ordering from Eat Well only within the last week, but the service and quality deserve…read morethis immediate rating! Although I like to cook my own healthy food, I definitely prefer to have less dishes and still have a healthy meal via delivery. After looking at a handful of other Nashville meal delivery companies, Eat Well was a winner. Many other companies say "healthy" and "macros" and all the key words, but upon closer look, the foods don't look appetizing or were not really serving my nutrient needs (like what dinner option does not have veggies??). Eat Well has a very well designed and easy to understand website with all of their meals and options clearly organized. They swap out a handful every week to keep the choices exciting. Most dishes are no more than $10, but a couple are a little more. Not too bad, but can add up. For the quality of food I've received this week, the pricing is well worth it (especially when compared to other companies not providing the same quality). They serve the general Nashville area for delivery, but one also has multiple pick up options. Order by 11am Friday and get it delivered/picked up Sunday/Monday. This week my favorite has been Keto Bruschetta Chicken *drool*. I'm only 3 days into this week and I've already ordered a brand new selection of dinners for next week! Portion size is plenty (I couldn't even finish mine) and the 3 I've had so far have been very flavorful! The food is delivered in a nice insulated bag with an ice pack and they go in the fridge. It only takes a quick couple minutes in the microwave and TA-DA! Give them a try (cause they usually have 10-20% off for a first time customer)!!

Best delivery app for Cookeville, believe me cause I've tried them all. Even with all the big…read morecompanies coming in like Doordash, Urber Eats, etc., nothing beats a local business. Their prices are pretty fair in my opinion, they deliver your food quickly, keep you updated the whole time on where your food is at, and even offer a convenient app. What more could you ask for? The other big business companies only offer delivery services if you live in so many miles of the business (so you basically have to live right in town). Plus, because there are so many of them that came all at once, there's no telling when you'll actually get your food. They don't pay people to sit around and wait for orders, they only pay them when they get an order. So if you're like me and are looking for just some extra money, you aren't going to waste gas sitting in a parking lot in the middle of town waiting for an order you May or may not get just for an extra $20. So my point is, even if you are able to order from these companies, there's no guarantee there will be a driver available to deliver your food to you. They are good at what they do and keep to their word, simple as that.
