I sent an email to Hour Glass to find out the cost to make new ones, and Dan replied promptly with an estimate. The cabinet in question is a corner cabinet, and the shelves are very odd shaped - six sides in total, almost a gem shape. I went down to Hour Glass with the most intact pieces of the broken shelves so they could try to recreate the exact dimensions, but the entire back side was too far gone - they were going to have to attempt to guess the length of the back sides based on the information I could give them. I picked up my new shelves yesterday and was thrilled that they fit -- and they look great. At all times, everyone I spoke to there was very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs any custom glasswork done.

It is somewhere between 100% and 1000% impossible to reach them to discuss in a normal manner. Ie can I send you a photo of window and approximate dimensions so we can discuss budget? Nope- the local 207 number goes to a data center that wants to collect all our information before an "IN HOME CONSULTATION". Knowing a sales pitch similar to a used car salesman I declined. So my house will be full of Renewal by Andersen, except for 1 window. I dont care if I put a piece of plywood over it. I won't deal with them anymore.
