After much delay due to weather, our roof was replaced, and done wonderfully. However, that is when the nightmare began! The siding "team" subcontracted, were very obviously NOT familiar with the siding we had arranged for. Continuous calls to the contractor, with our concerns, were not taken seriously. After finally getting the contractor to review the "repairs" of the siding and windows, it was quite apparent that there was a problem. Had the contractor investigated any of the issues we made know to him, we would have not been put in the position we are in now. Our contract for work was signed 4/25/17. it is now 6/29/17 and the work is not finished, the contractor had someone lined up to come in and repair all of the work previously done by his "subcontractor". This replacement, has not shown up yet. Our calls to the contractor (Jeremiah of OLD GLORY), were met with more excuses and delays. At this time we have NO estimated time of completion. I highly recommend you contact us for information and photos , before you hire this group. Our lives have been put on hold, due to horrible management and oversight. Examples of problems,,,Window casings, do not cover the outer edges of window frame, all the underlying wood is exposed to elements. Flashing to wall as it meets the siding does not lie under the siding, and has now exposed this to the elements. Caulk, everywhere smeared over all window casings. Windows casings to be replaced, were not, the old casings were reused, without our knowledge. Many repairs had to be made, by us, in order to have some protection for exterior outlets, vents, lightening. I could go on and on, but you should contact us before you even consider this company.
