This is long to read but needs to be said ,,, It has been a week and nothing done,,,,So social media it is, first off we along with all of us up here in Hinton Iowa got Hail this April, We had a lot of roofing companies up give estimate to all homeowners here but Vision Roofing stopped by again and talked one on one with my Husband and asked for a second chance, They did our roof when we had the last big hail storm in 2018((?)) they did ok but they never came back to fix some of the mistakes they did last time but was told they will make it up to us and know what needs to be fixed and will correct them,,, So we thought ok they said they will make it right give us a second chance they know they didn't get it right the first time but will this time for-sure,,, (((Brady Frick, things where different last time but said this personal with a handshake we will just give me another chance, cool ok so my husband and I decided to give them that second chance, I mean who would point that out and repeat that to you right??? So we picked the color brilliant black, my husband told him we are changing the color of the house also and to stop by to see what we have,,, he said we are all good and we scheduled the date for July 10th ((July 9th got a call said he is watching the rain but also over booked himself so may push back a day or 2 ok my husband said but really needs done that week ))) came on Friday the 11th early was great job was going ok but then they needed to run and get things, ok find. Once all said and done the roof vent we had on is now gone on the house that was there that they put on the first time they did are roof back in 2018((?)) but to top that off we now have two different colors of shingles. (( was told they really can't see but will get some one to look at it and fix it then They put on our roof is three different colors of water shields (((?))) but oh not sure what we can do about that cause the roof is holding them We got the bill without even fixing mistakes or saying hey we will take this much off the bill for now you will be painting or fixing that yourself. ((( my husband may have said he's just done with it all just whatever, cause it's the same bs we got the first time and should of not went with you all)))) Do you think I a lady would not see this or get up on the roof myself and see this, I'm the one who is paying this f bill and not happy at all, now you have added on my list of more for my husband to do on the roof that should of been done right!! ((( don't think I know social media is a big thing and I hope that these people realize that they don't do what they actually say they gonna do. They don't fix things that they say they're gonna fix but they'll give you the bill and make sure you pay it,,, read more
