Not happy. I had drainage work done summer 2025 in my…read morebackyard. It took 1 month and many people coming to help the main contractor. spring 2026 and actually drainage is worse. I called to talk to Jason about what can be done. I was basically told we've had a lot of saturation this year and any concerns should have been voiced at the time. They were voiced to the man who was doing the work. not all of the work that was in my written estimate was completed either as the contractor who was here said it wouldn't be necessary. An existing run was completely removed and not tapped into. I was told in the end, the month of work was a loss to them. Probably why they don' want to help me now. And being a woman, you're not listened to or taken seriously. I wouldn't advise using for any water/drainage work. No warranty or even want to make it right.

He asked very detailed questions to ensure he understood exactly what we wanted to accomplish. The estimate was quickly produced, and was exceeding thorough and clear, spanning a full 2-pages, itemizing all that the job entailed. When there were possible ways of saving money, he offered them. He also suggested a number of clever workarounds we had not considered. The estimated amount was a bit less than the other two quotes we received. In addition, it included items others had not thought to suggest. Other companies said they could begin in 4-6 months. Jason said he would begin in 2-3 weeks and complete the sizable renovation within 3 weeks. Once we agreed to move forward, everything was wrapped up within the timeline he estimated (from my experience, a rare feat!). All members of his crew were friendly, diligent, and highly competent. They were efficient on site, demonstrated great skill, were cautious not to damage anything, and performed a through cleanup, leaving nothing behind. The final product far exceeded our expectations! We are very grateful for Jason's Team and we definitely plan to use them for future projects. Thanks so much! Jon & Courtney

The work they did looks nice and they deserve credit for that which is why we've given them 2 stars. But otherwise we have been unsatisfied. Even from the beginning before our project even began, we were never sure if/when they would be coming out. Our project was pushed back several weeks due to rain, which is understandable but were never informed of a new start date and left in the dark. Communication was poor throughout the process as our project was completed in 2 separate pours. We were fine to overlook all of this because the work got done. Or so we thought. After the second pour we were asked to settle up payment and told that they would be back the next morning to drop gravel where the skid loader tore up our breezeway as well as clean up the concrete at the end of our driveway from spraying down the skid loader. We paid. They never showed up. It's now been almost 3 months later. We have called, left voicemails, emailed, and submitted requests on the website for them to come out and finish the job MULTIPLE times and it has still not happened. Initially we were told many times "we'll be out by the end of the week" and no one shows or bothers to update us. Now we cannot even reach them. We wouldn't recommend. Which is a shame. Because the work they do is beautiful. Their business practices? Not so much.

This was in April of 2025. Matt was only on site once in a while. He had a person hanging drywall and two young men painting. The drywaller missed a few spots in replacing where drywall had been removed. The painters got paint on the ceiling as well as painting over the outlets. We had provided partial payments when requested. He needed supplies and had to pay his workers. The week lasted weeks. There were times we had no idea if and/or when he would show up. We had heard several times that if we could let him work late, he thought he could get done. Finally, my wife and agreed that there would be no more chances to finish. Matt told us that if he worked late, he would be finished and requested final payment. We told him he could work late but we were not able to make payment at that time (before completion). My wife told me he was working until at least 1am. In the morning, we found his vehicle abandoned in our drive. I checked the basement and did not find him in the house so assumed his vehicle was disabled and he had gotten a ride. I later received a text from Matt stating he was still at the house (slept in his truck because he couldn't get it started) and wanted to use our bathroom and do some more work. My wife and I were both at work and were not able to respond. Upon arrival back at home, the truck was gone and I started looking at the finished project. It was HORRIBLE. The stained floor was nasty. Floor stain was found on the wall, on a blind on tile flooring. Paint on the ceiling and trim. The trim was the wrong color and the outlets had paint dried in the plugs. We also found that the window treatments that had been taken down were broken in half. Matt returned to the house and I advised him that we were going to go with another contractor. All the insurance funds had been paid to Matt and we were paying out of pocket. We did give Matt another $1000 to be done with. He asked for more money stating he needed the funds for another job site. Matt had poured concrete steps outside the back door. The steps were not level or even the same size. We then had another contractor come in and the job costed so much more because they had to fix all the issues he created. Fast forward to March. We are finally getting the steps removed and replaced when I discover that Matt had disassembled a portion of the fence (with my knowledge and blessing) but only zip tied the fence back in place.
