I needed legal assistance in dealing with an issue with a former employer trying to hold my…read morepaychecks against the terms of my contract. Jon Cakmakci attorney to the rescue!! He called me the next business day after I requested a consultation. He listened really well and answered all of my questions, and never made me feel like I was taking too much of his time or he had more important things to do. He called and emailed me every time he said he would, and I really appreciated that follow-through! Ultimately the issue was resolved within the same week, and I got my paychecks back. He charged $250 per hour and was very fair with me in that he counted half-hours he spent working on my issue, rather than rounding up to the next full hour like I've known some attorneys to do. Hopefully nothing like this ever happens to me or anyone else again, but if it does, I'd highly recommend Jon!

First impressions matter and Troy Accounting failed miserably. I called to request a consultation…read moreto open a business, arrange for ongoing bookkeeping and payroll with Troy. I was going to order a whole array of services. However, the ladies on the answering service somehow failed to secure my appointment. Even after I called twice, and two different people got my information into the system, I never received an email confirmation. When I called for the third time, I was told just to call in at the time of my appointment that someone would be ready to help even if I didn't receive the email confirmation. Of course, that was the wrong information. I called at my confirmed time and got a "let me see if someone is available". I moved meetings around to be available for this call and I was baffled by the lack of respect. The ladies were very polite and helpful, but something is broken with their reservation system or Troy just doesn't care that much. I would skip this one.

They were able to help us get monthly books closed on time and give us a better picture of our business. We really like the remote system they put in place for us. Once our system was up and going, things just get done. Unlike other financial companies they are constantly pushing to use new technology to improve their process which has helped us with other process also. Their bookkeeping and tax help is great, but I think their total service is a necessity for any small business.
