We sold our house and the buyer was using this Title company. I have bought and sold many houses…read moreover the last 30 years and this was easily the worst closing experience I have ever had. Our closer was apparently out of the office some due to a personal issue and it did not seem anyone checked on her work. It was difficult for my realtor to get emails answered and we were later misled about all issues being completed. At 4:30 on the day before closing, I was asked to provide details about a form they needed done. Apparently no one realized it had not been done. I was told it was doubtful we would get closed on time. When we did finally do the closing, the legal documents had multiple typos and the paperwork was poorly formatted with poor spacing of signature lines and other issues. Multiple emails asking for information my realtor had previously supplied, etc. On closing day there was no apology or even an acknowledgement of the problems. A very poor experience.
