Aldo came to do the work promptly for what I thought was a fair price, but less than 2 weeks later,…read moreall of the weeds are growing back, as they were not removed nor treated properly. The job was half done. I told him and asked him to come back and complete the job and he said it's normal for the weeds to come back and that a lot of his customers have him weed on a monthly basis... maybe a weed here or there, but I paid well for weeding and mulching to eradicate weeds and this was not our arrangement. Did not seem to understand that to keep weeds from growing back, he should have put down weed mat or sprayed - he did not do either and did not raise either as 'extra'. So, $300 for these areas and 2 weeks later it looks like my yard bed is heading back to where we started. Spraying here and there is reasonable as a homeowner, but as a landscaping company, I expected better service and more knowledge. He told me he did his job well and isn't coming back. I wanted to give a chance for someone to come back and correct, but he said no, so I want to leave an honest review for other yelp users looking for a similar project.

We would highly recommend Jose and his team at Guazo construction…read more Many people have horror stories as it relates to working with contractors and doing work within their homes. I have to say that I am one of the lucky ones who has not had to experience those headaches because I chose to work with Jose and Gauzo construction. Jose was referred to us when we were moving into our new home. We needed many things done ranging from things as simple as painting to complete deck replacement to a full bathroom build. All along the way Jose worked with us to explain how things would need to be done, timeframes for completion of work, material selection, etc. - which for us was key as we had no former experience with any of this. We have had Jose do work for us over the last 2 years and we've come to realize that there is really no job he cant do. If we have any problem or job that needs to be done, big or small, he is our guy. He is responsive, shows up when he says he will be there, does his best to to alleviate the unknowns and works as many days as he needs to for job completion (even if that meant the occasional weekend). To list items he has done for us include (but are not limited to): - recessed lighting installation/electrical - tile backsplash installation - tile flooring installation - complete deck build (architect coordination, permitting process, build) - full basement renovation (bathroom build, bedrooms, in home theater, game room, kids play room - including drywall, electrical, plumbing, etc.) - water drainage system (resealing of foundation, french drain system, grading) - light fixture installation/electrical work - exterior full house power washing and painting - interior painting - door replacement - roof/gutter repair

I couldn't say enough good things about Alejandro and his team if I had an entire evening to type…read moreup comments. When we met, Alejandro was meticulous in ensuring no stone was left unturned asking me very important questions that the other project bidders didn't even bring up. He told me the start and finish date of the project, and they started the same day and ended a couple days early. He created a group chat to which his project manager and himself were a part and at any time I could message them the status of the next day and it was done. They went above and beyond in dealing with the county on permits that I had no desire to get involved with. They made it right and at the end of the day, I have a solid project completed that wouldn't have been done nearly as well if they hadn't been on the job. Plus they threw in a surprise at the end of the project which was a really nice touch. They deserve your business, not because you're entitled to greatness, because they are worth every penny and probably more.

I don't have to worry about when he is going to show up for the month. His service packages are worth the value. Before Adam, our front lawn had some patchy spots, untrimmed edges, uncontrollable weeds and our grass grows real fast. Adam makes our front and backyard look good. 10/10 highly recommend Levine Landscaping.
