The robot lives here, I guess, so the procedure was scheduled for 9-10-26. From the staff to the nurses to the doctors, everyone here was wonderful. They made me feel well cared for and helped me get back on my feet after the surgery. I cannot remember every name of every nurse who helped me over the two days I was there, but a few stand out. A nice lady named Essie, a lady named Caroline (and yes, i made the "sweet Caroline" gag when she introduced herself... sorry), and another nurse called Jackie. And a lady named Jenny who gave me an IV, literally the smoothest IV I have ever received. I literally didnt even feel the stick! Needles dont bother me, but I usually feel the poke. She is apparently magic or something. Obviously I hope you are in good health and never need to go to hospital. But when you do, this place ranks high with me in terms of care, staff, and state-of-the-art technology like a rad surgery robot. I nicknamed him KD-NY because of course I'm a Star Wars dork, lol. Thanks USMD. This was a scary time and now that I'm on the mend, I feel blessed to have been given the opportunity to meet so many wonderful caregivers who work on this space. God bless yall!
