I had a massage appt with one of this salon's massage therapists who never showed up for my…read moreappointment with her. The massage therapist I was supposed to see did not respond to my trying to text her and even calling to find out what was wrong. The woman at the front desk even tried to contact her with no response back. She said it was not like this massage therapist at all to not be there for a scheduled appt. I wasn't in a big hurry or didn't have anyplace else to be that day so I patiently waited over an hour for this massage therapist to arrive or at least call the salon or text me before I decided to leave. There was absolutely no response. I too thought this was totally not like this therapist and that something just really had to be wrong. The salon receptionist offered for me to have an appointment with one of their other massage therapists, but I politely declined. I wanted who I was scheduled for and that just didn't happen. I finally did find out from the massage therapist I was supposed to see that she had a life-threatening episode with her elderly mother and she sincerely apologized to me. This salon was quite far away from where we were staying in Naples at the time, so I didn't want to go there again. There was nothing wrong with the salon itself; it was just the unfortunate circumstances my massage therapist found herself in. I would not hesitate to see her again if and when I return to FL. In fact, I know I will want to see her for a massage when I get back in the area!

I have been getting waxed in various different places over the last 9 years and with some that I…read morefelt were very good. I was in town and needed a Brazilian wax and saw that she uses high quality wax with an oil base and let me tell you... it makes a world of a difference. I can tolerate a normal Brazilian as far as pain goes but I did not even flinch with Maria. Not only does she use the highest quality of hard wax, but her attention to detail is truly unmatched. So many times I have gone to other places and have found many hairs were left behind, but Maria makes sure to get every single hair, and the entire hair follicle at that. She showed me the wax after removing hair and the bulbs were there on every follicle. I have been to many great waxers and Maria is the best by far. Do not look any further if you are in need of a waxing service! Especially a Brazilian. I have had no irritation and my skin was left buttery soft after. So thankful I found her!!

My daughter and grandson gave…read moreme a gift certificate for a facial for Christmas, something I had honestly been a bit hesitant to try. I had never had a facial before and wasn't quite sure what to expect. Well, my daughter finally made the appointment for me, and I went in feeling a little apprehensive, but that feeling quickly melted away. Jenny made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I arrived. I decided to trust her guidance and went with the microdermabrasion, and I am still in awe of both the results and the entire experience. It was pure relaxation, truly a zen-like escape. I could have easily fallen asleep! My skin feels amazing, and I left feeling refreshed, renewed, and so glad I stepped out of my comfort zone. Now I can't stop smiling when I think about how hesitant I was at first, I am absolutely hooked! This turned out to be such a thoughtful and wonderful gift, and Jenny made it unforgettable. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Hannah... wax queen which dreams are made of. If I could give this girl a thousand stars, I would…read more Hell, I'd give her the galaxy! I've "been with" Hannah for many years now, once you finally find somebody good it is hard to let go, let me tell you. Prior to stumbling upon her, I had been eh, sorta happy with the other Brazillian experiences around the area. I've driven all over from Canton to Ann Arbor to Bham and back. It's not that the others aren't good, it's just that Hannah is better. She is comfortable to be around, which helps when you're halfnaked. The other thing that sets her apart is her technique and the products she uses - both make all the difference in a painful or near painless experience. Trust me on that. You wouldn't think it, but Hannah's brazillians truly don't hurt. Sure, there is the ocassional zing of discomfort, quickly remedied by some applied pressure from her palm. Though she is a full service studio (with the exception of men's intimates), she specializes in brows & brazillians. Brows are another thing that I value quality with and am super finicky about. I mean, it's Right On Your Face. It kinda matters.. I trust her with arguably the most important parts of my body (heh), and she completely deserves that trust. So yeah, if you are reading this, you are reading it for a reason, maybe you're looking to get started or just switch salons.. Therefore, I don't think I have to sell you on the benefits of waxing (rarely any regrowth, smooth perfection for weeks, not a task to do it yourself.. shall I go on)- rather I hope to have inspired you to give Hannah and her cute new studio a try. I promise you will not regret it.
