From my very first phone call, I knew I was dealing with someone different. I was a complete stranger who found Glorified Restorations through a Google search, and Ryan personally answered the phone. He was polite, courteous, respectful, and completely professional from that very first conversation. Ryan is extremely efficient and on top of everything. He sees things through to the very last detail and checked in with me at least once a day regarding the progress of the work. He went far beyond what I expected, especially when dealing with my insurance adjusters, which was not an easy process. Ryan personally spoke not only with the adjuster but also with supervisors, all in an effort to help me--even though I was a complete stranger to him. His work was meticulous. His crew worked without interfering with the normal goings-on in my home. All of the debris and trash were neatly contained and then completely hauled away, leaving not a speck behind. His crew was also extremely polite, respectful, and considerate--not only toward me but toward my home. Contractors unfortunately can sometimes have a bad reputation, but no one should ever have anything bad to say about Ryan or Glorified Restorations. They genuinely are the best.
