PICTURE OF MAP ADDED!…read more Since it took me 2 days to find this place, I added a pic of where is located since the address in Google Maps has me no where close. That being said, reviews say it's busy, that's giving it no justice! It's crazy! But don't be alarmed, Mama and Papa do a great job keeping it flowing (it's almost like they done this before) For the most part, they serve mostly sandwiches, just got those wondering Was there on Mama's bday, so they had a sandwich called The Gift to celebrate. It was great! 5 or 6 meats and then the toppings, and a bowl of homemade soup. Really enjoyed the meal, everything was tasty and fresh. Will definately go back again.

We arrived fairly late; just before closing time, but the owner accommodated us as my fiancé is a regular here. The food here is always good! The burst of flavours I am all so familiar with is still standard and this is always appreciated. The food was tantalizing and that's to say the least, the portion leaves you wanting more; I am guessing that's a business thing. Here's to hoping they revert back to their generous portion sizes. Happy dining folks, I hope your experience is as amazing as mine or more.

Manager did zero to rectify or offer so much as even a free drink. Sorry but having you smile and take the time to come to the table does not compensate for the worst Keg meal I've ever experienced. Only saving grace of the evening was the great waitress. Will be exploring new go to place for celebrations

I Googled the best restaurants and steakhouses in the Grande Prairie area, and Embers Steakhouse…read morewas one of the top results. I'm so glad we decided to try it--it was a fantastic experience! The interior is beautifully designed, with comfortable booths and cozy chairs at the tables. The ambiance is warm and dimly lit, while still providing enough light to appreciate how clean the restaurant is. The staff was friendly and attentive, and our server stayed on top of everything throughout the meal. The hostess also checked in with us several times to make sure everything was okay. We don't drink, so we can't comment on the cocktails, but the drinks coming out looked beautiful, and everyone seemed very happy with their food and beverages. I ordered a 12-ounce ribeye, which was cooked perfectly to temperature. We also enjoyed the lobster mac and cheese, bison tips with mushrooms and onions, a twice-baked potato, and a Caesar salad. I know it may sound silly, but don't skip the Caesar salad--it was excellent, especially the dressing! We'll definitely be stopping at Embers again when we return for another moose hunt next year. In fact, it was so good that I may be going back again tonight!

Had me this "2nd to 1" only medium rare 20 oz T-bone steak, served with salt and pepper seasoning and a side of Caesar salad, with no croutons of course. The steak was so delicious, and honestly if I wasn't stuffed probably would have had seconds. Mind you I was famished after a sauna/ massage at the spa, but nevertheless the food was amazing. Yes, yes, yes, I did try the pasta as well, it was just as amazing, however the steak was worth every penny. I'm even considering a round 2 rightnow while typing up this review. Happy dining, it's a quiet spot; staff are very nice and fast. Service was amazing, they also have a buffet breakfast if you stay in the hotel (and get the room and breakfast).

I'd give zero stars if possible.
