After 3 years the fence sections are leaning the fence panels are coming away from the posts and it is very hard to open the gate. Very poor craftsmanship. They nailed the fence sections to the posts from behind. Worst fence I have ever had installed. They even took the hardware from my previous gates when they could have re-used them and not charged me. The owner swore at me on the phone and then called back to leave me a message of "F___ You!" So unprofessional..still trying to get them to come and fix the issues with little response- I have contacted the BBB.

The brother Steve is great and sister sue does the office work. I had a backyard privacy fence installed with cedar. And it looks amazing in the front I put in a black aluminum fence which is also beautiful. They have great customer service the sister answers the phone and she's very nice. She doesn't always pick up the phone though but usually when I text the brother she will answer lol. Over all their customer service experiences wonderful. they brought a team of 6 guys. They were able to crank out the fence in three days. I've had a couple of issues which I asked them to fix and they never gave me any problems with coming back to do so. I think if you're in the area you should seriously look at this fence contractor as there are so many others that seem to not know what they're doing. great family business and i like to support local folks. bottom line: JC fence gave me a great product at a very good,competitive price.
