Very poor customer service, this is coming from a customer of over 12 years…read more All was fine when they collected our payments, when you have a problem, the poor service shows. Had a problem with the alarm, found out it wasn't working as we canceled phone service a long time ago. No understanding for our families safety concern nor the amount of payments we've made in the meantime, Just told......This is why we ask customers to test their alarm monthly. Not how you treat a customer after so many years! We are switching service, sad they cant retain long time customers. Definitely would not recommend.

I recently had Bulldog install a home security system. Their two man crew was professional and…read morecourteous and didn't make a mess as they installed the system. Their pricing is much more competitive than some of the other security vendors in the area, plus I really like the fact that you don't have to sign a service contract. If your product is good, you shouldn't need to lock your customers into a contract. I'm glad Bulldog agrees with this philosophy. I wish the installer had spent just a couple more minutes explaining a few of the system operations, but that is my only complaint. I'd recommend giving them a call to at least compare with quotes from Ackerman and ADT.

Lew Stouffer from Bulldog Security came out to see me this morning and was an absolute pleasure to work with. A great personality, but more importantly, he answered my questions, we discussed my options, he was very upfront about all the different things we could do now and into the future and was never in sell, sell, sell mode. In the end, I paid a quarter of what another company (that is A-rated by BBB) wanted to charge, partly because they were fair, but also because Bulldog didn't make me buy stuff I didn't need or want. Thanks Bulldog! My family is literally safer because of what you did for us.

Nate was really helpful in discussing options and finding a solution that worked well for my needs. Also, I appreciated their willingness to give me all the info I needed (installer codes) to add future components myself and fully control the system. I'd use them again for any low voltage needs and have recommended them to friends.

This is for the Cat-6 cable drop/wiring job that CFA performed in my recently built home…read more As we didn't have an opportunity to wire the house before it was finished, I looked for a reliable vendor to wire it for me and CFA was recommended to me by another Low Voltage Electrician. CFA was quick to respond with a detailed quote and were super flexible in scheduling the work. Even paying the deposit was painless and easy. So, the work. It was done quickly, professionally and cleanly. The techs on-site conferred with me what their approach was and we figured out exactly how I'd like the job to be done. I appreciated the quality of service so much that I plan on hiring CFA again for additional low voltage work. Final note, as a new homeowner for the first time I was nervous about possible damage to the dry wall, plumbing and electricity. Luckily, quickly after the work started I could see the care that was taken and was immediately relieved.
