It is simply the best BLT this guy has ever had! An almost candy like smoked bacon (from a nearby meat smoker), a maple syrup mayonnaise that is about as unctuous and satisfying as one could imagine, and, for some added fun, a thin slice of what I think was provolone. I forgot to ask. All this sandwiched between two perfectly char toasted slices of the afore mentioned buttery bread. Wow and wow!!! It was served hot and had a great flavor. I added less cream than I usually do. The flavor was just right for me. I chatted with one of the employees and she was delightful. The food they serve looks pretty good too but since I was on a cruise I wasn't exactly hungry. They have salads, sandwiches and wraps. There is a constant stream of customers here. If I ever find myself by a Tim hortons again, I will certainly buy a cup of coffee.
