I do feel that the majority of their items are overpriced, though, and as a result, I rarely buy anything in the main section of their store. However - I do love to look in their small sale area, and I have found a few quirky items at deep discount that I absolutely had to have. Magnifying glass & candle holder on iron chicken feet? Check! Interesting industrial small tools on top of glass bottles? Sold! I have never used their design services, so I can't speak to that, but definitely stop in and check them out - you can't always tell what you can't live without until you actually see it.

I found two super cute pieces that I loved - and they do a military discount! Staff were friendly and the store was BUSY. It took a bit to get a dressing room, but they kept checking on me to keep me posted. The quality of the items I purchased was fantastic, and this brand is reliable. Small space and when it's busy, it's a little hard to shop & try on clothes, so 4 stars overall.

I have bought a few wardrobe staples here like plain and striped tee shirts. Your best bet price-wise is to wait until they have a general sale like "all shirts 40% off" before purchasing. They do have a good discount section at the rear of the store, too. The only thing I don't like about this store is that I'll see something brand new that I'm interested in, and they are already out of extra-large and large sizes. Yet there are still ten extra-smalls left. This tells me that someone in this particular store needs to take charge and realize that they are not tailoring their merchandise to the actual clientele coming in. Currently due to the pandemic they are requiring everyone to wear masks, and limiting the number of people allowed in the store. However, when we were there they were not diligent about letting new people in as existing customers left.

They display men's pant, shirts and suits to try on for size. You then make your purchase and the order is shipped directly to you. My three shirts arrived via UPS about 3 days later. I noticed a small flaw in the collar stitching & returned it to the brick & mortar location. The replacement was promptly sent to me. You can also return items via UPS with no return shipping charge. This looks like the retail model of the future. Go to a fitting store for selection of style, color and size (no merchandise available to take home) then have your order shipped from the online warehouse to your door. Works for me.
