When I went to verify the 2nd attempt, they didn't even help me with the fitting! It still wasn't right, so I decided to take it elsewhere, somewhere where they actually care about doing good work. Located in the plaza at the corner of Bathurst and Humberland Drive just north of King Road or South of Bloomington depending on what direction you are coming from. The real difference maker for me about this place is how entrenched in the community the owners are. They know everyone by first name and know who your family is and what's going on in their lives. A time doesn't go by without them asking how my dad or mom is doing, how my brother or sister are doing in school or asking me about what we talked about the last time I was in. It's rare to see this kind of service and familiarity but the cornucopia of service given here is the differentiator between this and other local places that service my dry cleaning needs. Prices are competitive and consistent with other spots but again service is tops!

Not only did they notice it, but fixed it and didn't charge me for it. I offered to pay for the repair but he declined saying that "I want you to become one of my regulars".
