I am so happy I found them because it's actually difficult to find hard-working, dependable and HONEST help in the area. Seriously. These guys are great! I actually found them on Yelp as I was looking for a new cleaning service for a move-out job at one of our apartments in Gainesville. Their response time was super fast! I requested a quote on Yelp and I was given a call and we set up an appointment with the Splee cleaners in less than a 12-hour window. That's fast in my world... Two team members arrived promptly just before 12 noon on Saturday as appointed. They were both super friendly and professional and reassured me that they were going to take care of everything I needed cleaned in the unit. In addition, I asked the nice gentleman of the cleaning team if he could use my dolly that I brought from Jacksonville and remove an old refrigerator and a chest of drawers left at the apartment by my last tenants and just set it by the curb for garbage pick-up. He said, "No problem." And he did it for FREE! How cool was that? After about 2.5 hours, Nick called me to let me know that they were just about finished and ready for the walk through. I came back to the property and I was extremely pleased with the work that was done. I paid an extra $75 for carpet cleaning that was set up prior to the appointment and these guys took the smell of "dirty dog" out of the carpets and air. WOW! Very impressive. If you manage property or need cleaning after a tenant move-out, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Splee Cleaning Services. I have found my new Cleaning Service in the Gainesville area! They are prompt, professional, personable, efficient, competitively priced, effective and thorough. They accept cash, checks and cards. :) FYI: They also do pressure washing and other services. Just ask them...

Guest was escaping the hurracaine, so I agreed to take a last minute booking for 12 people with 10 dogs given the circumstances. They left pet hair on every surface, multiple stains on my couch, rearranged furniture, left a dozen bags of trash, dog poop, moved things around the entire kitchen, threw away my coffee creamers and condiments, broke mugs, etc. Gator Nest Cleaners took it with a good sense of humor regardless of the excessive amount of work. They showed up promptly at 10:15am, when guest was supposed to check out by 10am, and patiently waited 30 min before they decided to leave. They stayed cleaning past 7pm, and did not complain once to me. In fact we decided to leave for the night and come back the next day. The cleaners always have an issue with the keyed entry despite all other guests never having an issue. For the cleaning we got to the house & it looks like we spent $90 to just have them wipe the surfaces? Mind you this house is a 1bed/1bath and not fully lived in so I don't understand the lack of effort & I expect a higher quality of service from a company that claims as professional. The bathroom floors were dirty and walls were not scrubbed & so are the floors. The trash cans were not even emptied unbelievable. The villa was in relatively good condition. The cleaners purposely stretched out the time and would have been there more than 2 hours if not approached and asked about their time. The company is responsible and obviously condones this practice.
