We had renters moving in to our house and needed extra hands to get the place up to their 'high standard'. We called and Two Maids came the next day and in two hours the place looked great. We have happy renters and I am very greatful for the fast response and excellent job they did. Thank you! read more

Ohhh, yeah, They did clean my oven but they didnt even dust the tv console, no baseboard was clean, the bathroom walls was not scrub (those marks can be removed by simple oxiclean and scrubbing- that is what i do to removed the marks and iam no professional cleaner). I even asked them not to bother putting beddings on and do the dishes on the sink so they will focus on the more grueling task. I asked for some books to be placed back on the bookshelf and i was told "oh we dont organize stuff" , that should have been a red flag but i risked it. Its a total waste if money. I totally would not recommend them to anyone at all. read more

The girls were professionals, stayed on task, divided and conquered. Dee is super sweet and does her best to please. Friendly, polite, worked within the timeframe and very personable. Next time I would like more dusting of knick knacks and counters, rather than dust around. I was pleased with the job done. read more

I requested a deep clean for the first service and now they are coming back bi-weekly. They do an amazing job, I would highly recommend this company! read more

Listen to the other reviews as i didn't. this business is consistently doing a bad job and refusing to make good on it. I'm not sure which members cleaned my home as it was not communicated to me. I paid nearly 400 dollars for a small-mid sized completely empty home to be cleaned and move in ready for me. They didn't clean the first time and when they came back to try to fix their job, it somehow got worse! dust everywhere, dirty floors, garbage from previous owners. They do not refund either. I had to dispute with my card company as the worker told me she had never seen a full refund go through the whole time she's been an employee. I would recommend finding an independent cleaner or honestly just doing it yourself. Very disheartened to pay so much money as someone with physical challenges and get only stress in return. read more

Super bummed with our experience at two maids and a mop. We hired them for the move out package even though I had already cleaned our bathrooms and kitchen. We were primarily concerned about the floors because they were quite dusty and had some misc spots after we moved all of our furniture. The move out package involved a "deep clean" of the whole house including sweeping and mopping. After their cleaning, the floors were still filthy- there were dust bunnies everywhere still and the floors still needed to be mopped. There were also crumbs on the stove that weren't there when we moved out. I called back and requested someone be sent to reclean. Their second time, the main living area had been swept/mopped but the other bedrooms were still filthy (see pics). I was sent a survey asking about my satisfaction level and I rated 1 star out of 10 and listed my issues. No one contacted me and we were billed full price, so I called and ask for a refund. We hired this service so we wouldn't have to deal with the cleaning and I had to go behind and clean every room and we still got billed full price... after sending pics of the remaining mess to the owner, he offered us a whopping 23% refund. Super crappy- the office manager was professional and easy to deal with, but the owner did not handle that in a way that would ever make me want to do business with them again. read more

Cleanings weren't great. They were in and out in 40-60 minutes. Didn't do all of the things on the list they provide. I gave feedback and the next time same issues. I tried to cancel service and got ghosted. I had to block my caller ID in order for them to answer my phone call. read more

I'm a veteran with unseen medical issues and cleaning became difficult. I reached out to Two Maids and a Mop. On their website, they state what they will clean for the deep cleaning package. Unfortunately, that did NOT happen. An example of this is: -change bed linen -make beds -inside/outside of microwave & oven -outside of appliances None of this was completed, that is not integrity. This false/misleading advertisement. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the FTC. read more

I've used Two Maids for seven months. At first their service was very good, but over time it has become, let's just say, uneven. Today, for example, they left the kitchen counter sticky, missed one entire room, didn't vacuum the rugs, and (as per usual) forgot to take out the kitchen trash. Sadly, their idea of "making the bed with fresh linens" is to put the flat sheet and blanket on top of the bed, nothing tucked in. On the other hand, the bathrooms are spotless and the tile floors look terrific. The workers wear masks, which is still important to us. Their team's arrival time has always been squishy which may be fine if you're at work during the day, but is a pain for a retired couple who have to build their day around the cleaners being here. I'm giving them two stars because to do less seems petty when I look at my clean tile floors. But we're not happy campers right now. read more

DO NOT HIRE THEM. Very unprofessional and frankly idiots. Long story short, they didn't clean anything and tried to charge me with 20% off. I told them I wasn't paying for their garbage of a service and ended up re-cleaning everything myself. 1. I hired them for a "Design with Time" clean for after 2pm. They text me at 11:30am saying they're here while I'm at work. I tell them I'm at work and the original time was for after 2pm so I'm not sure what they're thinking. They reply they can't do it today then (wtf?) so I call the manager who said she'll send a new cleaning crew out. 2. Same crew comes out at 3pm (lol), very rude and unprofessional. They barge through my door then ask for water and my vacuum (how don't you have your own vacuum??). I give it to them. 3. They start cussing up a storm and talk over to the phone saying words like "fuck, shit etc" and then a 3rd lady walks in to my house to bad mouth how dirty the previous house was they cleaned and how it was a "set up" 4. Part of my cleaning deal was dusting and cleaning the inside of the microwave. They ARGUE against me saying it's not part of the deal and tell me "it's more work for us ya know? So we don't do it." Then they call their manager who states to do it (LOL). 5. The shower still had soap scum everywhere. Nothing was dusted. The counter tops had this grease scum everywhere and they didn't wipe down my island countertop. The TV entertainment system had stains EVERYWHERE and they didn't bother moving my 2 barstools to mop underneath them. I had to redo the entire clean myself and told the manager I wasn't paying a penny for their service. read more

Today I heard back from Curt. He was kind, apologetic and wanted to personally rectify our situation. That shows great customer service. I would be willing to reach out to Two Maids and A Mop fir any future cleaning needs. Thank you Curt! read more

Would not recommend. Horrible response time. Canceled on me two times both with little to no warning before hand. Had me waiting around for an hour before having to reach out myself to tell me no one was coming out. read more

Cleaning for college students is not an easy task - but the crew at Two Maids does a great job taking care of the house and keeping on top of things. They make the kitchen sparkle, and are friendly to work with. Highly recommend! read more

I have found Two Maids & A Mop to do a fantastic job! They are always so friendly and flexible. And when they leave, the college guys in this house look at each other in wonder. Lol. We really appreciate the great job they do in a reliable, timely, and efficient manner! read more

I wasn't happy with their service. Three maids showed up (though one left for awhile) but I paid a ridiculous amount of money for a "deep clean". So many areas of the house including floors, kitchen surfaces, shelves, window sills still had visible dust on them. I went in to inspect and while I was inside all the gals just split without ever asking if everything was done to my satisfaction. They said something about rating the maids and their payment being based on that but I never heard anything else form them. Skip the hustle and find a better cleaning service. read more

They did a deep clean on my home. Every single thing was dusted!!! Windowsills and baseboards clean!! Will definitely use them again. Highly recommended. read more

We moved into a rental home on Saturday that was nasty dirty. I quickly looked online for cleaning services Saturday evening and came across Two Maids and a Mop. I booked them online and they were here Monday morning. They did a fabulous job and I have them coming regularly to clean! read more

A family member gifted me a Deep Clean from Two Maids & A Mop since I recently had a baby. The company sent a team of 2 cleaners on Jan 31. The women ended up not doing a great job. I took photos of things that were not done well/at all and emailed the company. The manager Jewell was very apologetic and offered to send another team to re-do it. That team of 3 (all different people from the first time) came on Feb 4th. Once I arrived home and looked around I realized that this team also did not complete what the company advertises as a "Deep Clean" on their website. They also broke the blinds in one of our bedrooms while dusting them. The team did leave a note about the blinds and said to contact Jewell. I have now texted and emailed Jewell multiple times with no response for going on 4 business days. I would not recommend this company due to lack of communication, breaking our blinds, and not completing what they themselves advertise as being included in their Deep Clean package. read more
