All I have to say is you have to buy the Early Entry Fee if you are attending of these events. It entitles you to try all 20 restaurant offerings and 300 types of Sake an hour before everyone else gets to go in and let's just say you won't be waiting an hour in line just to get a sample of food and you can rifle right through all the food spots without ever waiting in line. Pure genius.
It may cost a little more but so worth it. By the time 6:30 comes your tummy is all full and you get to try those $200 to $250 bottles of Sake before everyone gets to it.
Here were the highlights for the food..
Highway Inn: Uni Cream Loco Moco with Quail Egg
Yakiniku Ginza Onodera: A5 Wagyu Miyazaki Beef Carpaccio
BLT Steakhouse: Braised Short Rib
Buho Cantina: Sorry to drunk to remember but those Soft Taco's were to die for
Ono Pops: Azuki Bean Pop with Ume something
As for the Sake, anything with the word BORN before it was out of this world!!!

The Joy of Sake is definitely a JOYOUS occasion each and every year.... read more
