Going the extra mile with everyone and being quick about it. He was even quickly scooting around the store from front to back to get everyone taken care of quickly. Have you ever seen employees run through the store to help you quickly? The store had a host of batteries available. Took phone here to be repaired. Cracked screen. They repaired it but put smaller than screen screen…read moreprotector on it, which is weird. Worked for a few days then just quits. Nothing. Still under warranty so brought it back and they say nothing they can do. Phone is done!! Then lock screen comes on looking like it's a new phone to set up. Tried accessing my account and phone goes black again. They don't know anything about phone repair and at this point I question if phone was hacked. Do not take your phone here!!!! And when phone was brought back in to correct problem employee said 30 mins. Then told us it'd be at least 4 hours!! Don't trust them!!!

He could not get it to run so said he would have to keep and work on it. He stated it could get expensive going into the key area. I left the scooter and within 15min. The technician was calling asking if I had gone very far. The scooter was ready, nothing wrong. This company could have given a large bill for work he did not do.
