Honestly, if Brent hadn't been there to guide me through the process of buying my first pair of boots, I'm 100% sure I would've walked out empty-handed. He made the entire experience easy, informative, and comfortable. I will say the overall energy in the store wasn't as welcoming as Brent himself, but what mattered most was the exceptional service he provided. I'm grateful for his help and glad I walked out with my first pair of boots.

Brandy was a tremendous help sharing and explaining information on some new Hoka styles. I usually buy either the Clifton 10 or Bondi 9s for my shoe needs. I do find the size 10.5E works best for my long walks (6 miles, 5 days a week). After trying on several pairs, I decided to buy two pair since they were offering a 20% purchase discount. So if you are in the market for some Hoka's stop by and see Brandy or Preston today. Another 5 star day! Thanks Brandy. 18 Apr 2026, Excellent service provided to us by Hoka Sales Representative "Preston." The Clifton 10 that we were searching for was not available at this store but Preston came through and helped me try a comparable shoe before ordering it online. Once we created our online account Preston shared with us some ways to earn rewards by tracking some of my already exercise activities or by joining one of Hoka's established challenges. This is great for me as I have worn out so many pairs of shoes (Hoka and Other)! Now I can continue my exercise desires and earn rewards at the same time. Thanks "Preston" for getting me on the right track to take advantage of the many Hoka Program Initiatives/Incentives. Five Stars*****

The first thing we noticed was how lightweight they were, and they seemed to feel very stable and effortless. We really liked the design and the collection they offered.

Finding a good running shoe is hard to find…read more I have been running my whole life. Since I was five I ran abandoned airport strips with my father, in High School I ran my first half marathon, countless 5K's in between, and at 20 I ran my first marathon. All of this in shoes that couldn't hold up to the terrain, weather, or foot landing. My husband took me this to this store yesterday and although its little bit heavier on the budget. It's nice to find a starting point in your shoe journey. Upon entering I wanted to check out the gait test so they handed me a waiver and I bought some really cool (GUARANTEED) no blister socks! You can bring your own but I'm excited to put these no blister socks to the test. They specifically are looking at where you ankles land. Than they ask you about comfort and start consulting on what need out of a shoe. They have both runnings shoes and cross training. No need to be a distance runner to find "the one"! All in all Ryan made for a really great experience and yes I paid the 30.00 membership which actually came out to 14.00 after the discount. Can't wait to get my second pair from this joint!

What does a bathroom have to do with buying shoes? A lot, especially if you have to go - and leave the store! 5 star if they had a loo. I was fortunate to find two pairs of shoes to purchase here, and that's a feat (feet, get it) for me as I have difficult feet anatomy with extremely high arches and wide luau feet (Hawaiian feet), but I managed to find not one, but two pairs of shoes for decent prices. This shoe store is HUGE and the word "warehouse" in the store name is pretty much accurate. It was so huge and large that they had rows and rows and aisle and aisles of shoes. They even had a clearance section where a total stranger was joking with me about the ugliest shoe she had ever seen, to which I would find one even uglier and present her with the offending winner. It was the most fun I've ever had in a shoe store. If you sign up, you can get discounts and also a guaranteed email-a-day on all the sales and clearances. I was going to unsubscribe as there is not a DSW store anywhere within 2,400 miles from me but they do sell online so I may check that out one day.

I…read morecame in today after work to purchase a pair of heels for a dress I'm wearing to my cousins wedding. DSW is massive. They have a plethora of shoes you can choose from. If you're a "shoe whore", then this store is for you. They have all sorts of shoes from sneakers, slippers, boots, heals, stilletos, etc. You name it, they've got it. I can spend all day here if I wanted to but today was not that day. My mission was black strappy specific. I did spot a few pairs but I have such wide feet I had to settle with just one. The ones I tried on were cute but they pinched my toes. There's no way I can dance or walk in them. So I ended up getting a pair of Jessica Simpson super patent strappy heels. The arch is perfect---not super high but not too kitten heeled either. I just wanted something that will give me a little height. But the way the strap rests above the metatarsals might cause me some pain after a couple of hours. I guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens. My final decision was based on fashion... not comfort obviously. Other than that, I think DSW has a good selection of shoes to suit every shoe lover's dream. And don't forget to check out the clearance section. You get an additional discount based on the color ticketed item. You can save anywhere from 10% all the way up to 60% off. So if you're lucky, you can get a pair of shoes for as little as $15.

Both signs led me to believe that they are proud of their brands and mean business when it comes to thieves. As I shopped around I noticed that the background music was in Spanish which made for a nice change. Both the men's and women's clothing seemed to be perfect for a night of clubbing and dancing. Even though there were some colorful garments, white and black seemed to be the dominant tones. Most of the dresses, skirts and shorts were rather tight-fitting and didn't come close to the knee. The men's dress shirts were not the type you'd wear to the office. Most everything was very reasonably priced though. The skinny jeans I picked up were $19.99 on sale. Many other circular racks were also marked on sale which means lots of good deals. They also sell ladies skivvies and very sparkly belts. Plus all of their sunglasses are only $7.99 which means you can afford more than one pair!
