He checked her in to her appointment while I parked my car. Two different employees picked her up from her appointment and brought her home. The van they brought was not top of the line. It was older and they had a little trouble unloading her because our driveway is sloped, but they were very kind and mindful of which areas were sensitive to the touch, which was very appreciated. I'd rather them have an older van and be kind, than have a brand new van and be rude.

They were at her home between approximately 2:00 and 2:30 p.m., and I mention that in hopes that both individuals receive the recognition they deserve for their outstanding care and professionalism. I had a dialysis patient who really needed a urgent authorization and I had spoke to two other auth representatives on 6/17/26 who did not see previous auth that was submitted by my coworker on 6/10/26. Jimmy Espinoza was the 3rd representative I spoke to and he looked thoroughly to find faxed auth which was above and beyond due to his caring nature and concern for the patient.
