The work that goes on here is fantastic. A Catholic run chairty based hospice for the sick and dying, they provide the highest standard of care with dignity and warmth for their patients. Its is a wonderful place and the staff there are marvellous, doidng such a difficult job so well. Some patients stay here for months, and they care not only for the sick but look after the whole family. They make all visitors very welcome and keep you informed of the progress. Its not at all gloomy and depressing. The buildings are in the middle of wonderful woodlands and they have lovely fun events such as a tedy bears picninc, summer fair, midnight walk, and a Light up a Life rememberence service every Christmas. read more
