I most recently worked with Andrea, who helped me to navigate a complicated claim on a complicated day. She not only saved me time and money, but also saved me from massive amounts of frustration. She was able to streamline the whole process for me and did a lot of the legwork that I would otherwise have had to do myself. Finally, Steve himself is a good man. In terms of my insurance, I only insure 2 cars, so I'm not a massive client. But I'm treated like a CEO by Steve and his employees. When my past claims caused my rates to go up, he personally took the time and initiative to reach out to me and let me know and try to help keep everything affordable for me. I didn't ask him to call; he just did. I won't forget that, Steve. Top class.
