The owner, Gail Anderson, is very pleasant, helpful and friendly and she has another shop in Llanelli (in Stepney Street). She sells accessories too, like combs and scarves. It's not the cheapest place to go but certainly the hair pieces/wigs are high quality. You can park in one of the adjoining residential streets as it's not easy to find a space outside the shop.

They genuinely seem interested in your custom and they cut my hair very well. I have been there several times now and had my hair cut by different people, but they were all very good. The price is also very reasonable and it is one hairdresser I have no problems giving a tip to when I pay.

The staff in Swansea are so helpful and ready to give any advice and ideas regarding their products and the suitability for different skin, hair etc. Product wise, lush are just amazing with fabulous natural and fresh goodies to bathe, shower, moisturise, massage with etc. Currently they have both Halloween goodies, including ghost shaped jelly scented with lilies which can be frozen or chilled and then used as a very different shower product, plus Christmas wonders-the best of which is a bath fizzy ballistic called 'Magic' this has to be experienced as it clears and refreshes.

After a morning of calling around several salons in the Neath area to find that they were all booked as it was such short notice, I was sceptical that the cut would be to standard as Maddame Buttercly had availability. No good salon has empty seats right? ... Wrong! I suffer with anxiety and depression and going anywhere new makes me feel quite uncomfortable but I was put right at ease immediately. I never leave a review or write any form of feedback, even for bad service I generally don't complain, so I thought I would sing their praises as I have been left feeling extremely happy with their service, the cut is lovely and exactly what I asked for. Cannot recommend this Salon enough! A visit is a must!
