Lush is just an amazing store, they opened in Swansea just over a year ago and now the whole street has a wonderful perfume emanating all the way down to the entrance of the Quadrant. The staff in Swansea are so helpful and ready to give any advice and ideas regarding their products and the suitability for different skin, hair etc. Product wise, lush are just amazing with fabulous natural and fresh goodies to bathe, shower, moisturise, massage with etc. Currently they have both Halloween goodies, including ghost shaped jelly scented with lilies which can be frozen or chilled and then used as a very different shower product, plus Christmas wonders-the best of which is a bath fizzy ballistic called 'Magic' this has to be experienced as it clears and refreshes. read more

You know straight away when you are near a Lush store, the scent of their soaps etc can be smelt from down the road. Being a guy I can only stare in amazement as females get so excited and get their friends or partners to smell umpteen different soaps and bath fizzers. The shop does look so much nicer than other similar shops because of the way things are not packaged and all the products have inventive names to them. All the staff were really helpful when I was there looking for a christmas present and can tell they are very enthusiastic about the products they are selling. read more

You can smell that you are near a Lush store a street away, and the Swansea is my favourite out of the two in Wales. The staff are knowledgeable beyond belief and know everything about their products, and they will tell you about what you want to know and then leave you alone to decide for yourself. The have a wide selection of goodies for a small shop and is very well layout inside which makes shopping for those Lush products very easy. They will always give you the Lush times for a little read and a few samples if they have any hanging around if you are spending a large amount. read more

Lush is a great shop for bath and shower products they also don't test on animals. All of there products are of great quality and smell gorgeous. They have bath bombs and bubble bars that fill the bath with bubbles with about quarter of the bar. They also have fresh face masks and the staff are always really friendly. would highly reccommend. read more

Opened with great fanfare a year ago Lush has become one of the most popular retailers in the city centre but a word of warning their products don t come cheap. I tried their shower gel's at the beginning of the year and had allergic reaction to them. Obviously went into the store to complain about it to see if I could get my money back but was refused and the staff were certainly not as helpful as you would have thought a well known retailer would have. Walking past the store is also a problem as the smell is rather overpowering and can be difficult to get to on Saturday afternoon due to the crowds. If bath bombs are your thing its a real treat but be warned the customer service is not up to scratch and some of the staff don't know beauty basics. read more
