I received an automated response from Lisa saying it was received but call the office if it is during business hours. Ok, so I called the SA Office and left a message the same day. Two hours later, still no phone call or email response. Since I have worked with the public for many years as an intake specialist for law firms and other businesses I understand the importance of making contact with a PNC because you are just one business of several that that particular person is reaching out to. I for one, on the other hand research businesses by their reviews. I even went as far as to email Lisa AGAIN and inquire if their office in SA was in search of part-time help. Never heard back for an appointment or a courteous response. If a business has too much work to take on more why don't they let people know that in the automated email or even better attach a referral list to their automated email and just take it down once they are in a better place to take on business. It is difficult enough to find businesses that specializes in the LGBT Family Services but when you go as far as to advertise it and then drop the ball it is really disheartening because it is not like we have an unlimited amount of specialty businesses to pull from. Back to my search.
