I stood there for probably 15 minutes before I went into the garage area, which I felt awkward doing, but I wanted to let someone know I was there since I was on a bit of a time crunch. I was seen probably 25 minutes after my appointment time and the window tint is not nearly as dark as I would want it. Overall, not the happiest with how they turned out but it's not bad I guess. I also asked to use the restroom which is a shared restroom with the other shops down a dirty hallway and upon entering the bathroom, there were no paper towels or toilet paper so I didn't even use it. It didn't look like it had been cleaned in quite a while.

He didn't even have the keys and didn't drive my truck before giving me an incorrect estimate! How can you do an estimate without the keys?! He promised to refund my money and has intentionally avoided repaying me for days so, I must escalate the situation and report him to the police for theft! Demands multiple cash payments before starting the work! After inspection of his inflated estimate and confirming through another shop, I requested a refund. I posted the estimates so you can compare for yourself. I'm still waiting for my $640 cash back... Will update if/when I get it back. He claims he's waiting for his account to be credited but if he paid cash that doesn't make sense. I will ask for him to provide the receipts with my money back. Efficient. Caring. Honest. Accurate…read more Siewert's saved our anniversary weekend trip. We were "stuck" in Red Wing, MN with a broken down car on our anniversary. It was a Thursday evening. Being 250 miles from home, knowing nobody in the area and needing to be in the Twin Cities the next day, financially and logistically we looked to be between a rock and a hard place. We wanted to spend a day in Red Wing, but we had tickets and hotels that could not be cancelled w/o losing our money if we didn't show in St. Paul the next night. Renting a car was very difficult logistically, out of Red Wing. Especially since the weekend was approaching. Enter, Siewert's Towing. They towed our broken down vehicle and gave us a ride to our hotel about 10 miles away. Knowing our situation, they made no promises but said they'd do what they could. Beyond staffing and other issues of an unscheduled repair, there were parts to obtain. The work took all of Friday to complete, but it wasn't an easy job. Siewert's even gave us a ride to the one attraction we had planned on seeing in Red Wing, while we waited for the work to be done. By late afternoon, they brought us back to the shop and sent us on our way. Their work and pricing was honest and great. The car runs as it should. These are just the type of folks you pray to meet if you are far from home with a broken down car and don't know what to do! We will be forever grateful!

To top it all off vehicle came back with less fuel than when they took possession. I had always thought that this was a local business that valued their customers, then I used their services.
