My last name is Greene and they made the concept into a Green(e) reality. I will send pictures after I hand out the awards. They always have a great selection and every time, they get them to me the same day....even with Bike Week coming and they are closing at noon on 2/24/19, but they still got the awards back to me in a matter of hours. I can't tell you enough about these guys. They are wonderful. I may start getting them to make trophies for my events in California.

I took my daughter here for two drum lessons, and she absolutely loved them. She was excited to continue, so we scheduled her third lesson for a Saturday at 1:30 PM. When we arrived for the scheduled lesson, the doors were locked and nobody was there. I immediately texted Steve and received no response. I reached out again a couple of days later and still received no response. Things happen. If there was an emergency or something came up, I completely understand. A simple message explaining the situation would have been enough. But leaving a customer standing outside for a scheduled appointment and then completely ignoring follow-up messages is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. What makes it especially disappointing is that my daughter genuinely enjoyed the lessons and was looking forward to continuing. Unfortunately, the complete lack of communication has ruined what otherwise could have been a great experience. Don't waste your time with this guy. One star because zero isn't an option.
