    Dan of All Trades referred by HELLOTECH Tech arrived half…read morehour late (we were informed of this just prior to his arrival time). When he arrived and looked at the TV he said under his breath, "well, they gypped me on this one". He then told me I would have to help him move the TV and we placed it on the floor and he proceeded to take off the legs. He then shook the wall the TV was to be mounted on and asked if the house we built after 2006. I said no it was 2003. He said that were would be an up-charge from 169 to 238 dollars. He asked if I wanted to go ahead and I said I felt trapped since my TV as laying on the floor without its legs. He said he would let HelloTech know of my displeasure. It turns out that his measurements were off and when the TV was hung, the sound bar would not fit under the TV. The sound bar then was sitting in front of the remote IR device and blocked the signal from my remote so it would not work. The sound bar now has to sit off center in order for the remote to work. The Techs solutions was for me to buy an IR extender to fix the problem. The TECH was coughing and hacking the whole time he was in my house. He was wearing a mask that covered his mouth and not his nose. The last thing he did before leaving was to give me his card and told me to call him directly for future work instead of going through HelloTech. It is my intent to use whatever social, news and neighborhood media platforms there are to let my communities know about my dissatisfaction with your company and the Tech
